Copies of those documents are reviews by a Louisiana licenses attorney who prepares a title report

Clear all issues affecting the title

Prorate property tax between the parties

Prepare documents for the sale and the loan closing as required

Ensure mortgages and liens are cancelled that have been paid off at closing

Maintain insurance that protects our customers and guaranties we will collect and disburse all funds as shown on the Closing Disclosure or Settlement Statement

Maintain digital records of all documents executed at the closing
